Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3/4 cups melted margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except margarine, cheese, and corn flakes in large bowl.Place mixture in greased 9”x12” pan. Pour half of melted margarine over hash browns. Add cheese on top of hash brown mixture, then add corn flakes and remain margarine on top. Bake for 1 hour
